Hi,

I'm having trouble creating a pool on our newly installed Gen4LP Centera.

The error I get is:

Command failed: the pool migration task needs to run first, please contact your EMC account team.

There was another thread about this, but it was for Centrastar version 3. The solution was to use an option on the tools menu of Centera viewer which doesn't appear in the version I'm using.

I've raised a call with EMC for this, but I find it frustrating that I can't just fix it myself instead of having to wait for them to sort it out.

Is there anyway for me to resolve the issue myself?
