we running 3 CX4-120s and all their SPs have 3GB memory in each, what I would like to know is:

What the max memory is for each SP?

What is involved in upgrading the SPs?

Is an outage required to upgrade SPs?

Where can I find documentation on how to perform the upgrade?

Lastly, does anyone know of any 3rd party utilities to monitor my EMC SANs?
