I've always been a Dell.  The house is full of Dells.  I ordered a desktop All-In-One last Dec. 2014.  It was not working when I received it.  After spending a few hours on the phone they determined it was the HD.  I did not want to disappoint the kid  for Christmas so I went out and bought ... another DEll.  The broken Dell was sent back via UPS.  Fast forward to Sept. 2015, I received a collection notice on behalf of Dell.  I'm waiting for my CC to send me a letter regarding this payment/refund to write to the Boards of Directors.  For the last three days Dell phones lines were extremely busy.  I am waiting to chat online and  after 45 min ... the agent typed :
