Hi,

I recently made two orders for a Precision 7720.

The first one I made had some payment issues (put too much on the 2nd card), and charged a partial amount. I cancelled the first order, and made a new order (which worked).

I was initially refunded the partial amount for the first order cancellation, but then it disappeared the next day (leaving my account overdrawn :P).

What's going on? Will I be refunded my amount again?

Please don't cancel my 2nd order.
