I have been trying to leave a customer review but I cant find where to. but tell me does this make sense to you. Why do I have to pay for support when my computer is having a software problem which I did not cause? the person I spoke to said it was a microsoft problem. Well DELL needs to figure it out with microsoft because this is unacceptable, my wifi connection stops working out of nowhere and I can’t find any connection at all. This is ridiculous
