Getting a computer to display on a TV should be almost identical to hooking the computer up to a monitor.
1. Plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI Out on your computer.
2. Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI In on your TV (any HDMI port, TVs usually do not have an HDMI Out)
3. Check what the number of the HDMI port (on the TV) you plugged the computer into is.
4. Check what source your TV is on by hitting the source button on the TV or the TV remote. Cycle through the sources until it says "HDMI #" with the # being whatever number HDMI port you plugged the computer into.
