Good afternoon! I've got an issue this last month in which I no longer know what else I can do to solve it. I have a Dell Inspiron 5565 with Windows 10 and did a malware clean-up with Panda Cloud Cleaner last month but after restarting my laptop I couldn't login to Windows anymore. Whenever I tried to log into Windows with my password it just got stuck and never could get in. I tried using the system recovery but windows gave me a 0xc0000225 error, tried getting into safe mode and command prompt but it only restarted and got stuck on the Dell Logo screen. Finally after making a backup I tried making a usb bootable for repairing the windows to see if It could work and even a clean install but my laptop doesn't start the installation. I tried with making a bootable USB for both Bios and UEFI but when trying in UEFI it doesn't even start the installation and gets stuck in the Dell Logo and in Bios the installation gets stuck in the Windows logo. So I want to know if someone else know what else I can do because everything I tried already didn't work!
