I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop 17rN7110 running Windows 10 Home. The hinge and case got broken. I acquire a used 17rN7110 on Ebay, verified it operated correctly then swapped hard drives. Everything works as expected except for the video resolution. The only choices I have are 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600. No video adapters are listed in Device Manager. Does anyone have a fix?
