I'm using a Windows laptop (Dell Inspiron 7352). On startup I see the Dell logo then the spinning wheel then the screen goes blank and I get this symbol flashing on and off on the lower left part of the screen. When I bring up the Setup Utility it seems to be recognizing the AC Adapter Type <45W> and the Battery Health shows . The warranty expired in July 2017 so I can't ask Dell.
