Hi All

Like every one else here, i have had a motherboard/CPU replacement & have some trouble with the Command center. I learned thru it all that my LOCAL techs (the Hands on guys) dot particularly Like alienware and dont have training in the specifications with the Area 51. I am two for two in that regard.

Any way i am looking for a PDF for the Cooling system so i can verify connections, i discovered that the last few techs hook it up all wrong. they hooked the black connector to a plug further back toward the hard drive casing, and the white connector on a second front conection. Once i returned the Black connector to the Proper position, my command center read values properly.

Whats NOT happening is fans dont seem to throttle up like they did before board replacement. i can go into manual mode and the Fans respond by using a Curve adjustment.  also the vents dont respond to anything when fans throttle up, they used to flare when the system was rendering video in Premiere Pro.

Does any one know where i can get a PDF for the W550R cooling system? i just want to confirm the conections.

The System is an Area51, 24gig mem, NVidia 670GTX all hard drive bays are full. the CPU temps in idle are between 41-52 degrees with Core 1/5 being the hottest, during render the Cores are 65/73 degrees. so i do believe the cooling system is working, i just dont think the system connectors are where they are supposed to be.
