Alienware m14x R2 Problems
A while back my m14x r2 started making a beeping noise. Eventually I got help and had my keyboard replaced and the beeping stopped. Then around a couple months ago it came back and I ignored it while I finished up school. Then eventually it got really bad and I started even getting blue screens.
The blue screens were random. They happened when playing games, browsing the web, or watching videos on youtube. They were unreadable as they would disappear after a split second and the computer would reboot. When it rebooted itself, it would say that there is no device to boot from and I would have to manual turn off the computer with the power button and restart it.
The only things I know is that before the blue screens that were outside of games, I got a message saying explorer.exe has stopped working and another time I got a message saying:
The instruction at 0x000007FEFE4E90D6 referenced memory at 0x0000000003D54E0. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000000e.
I have pictures of that error message, along with a blurry picture of the blue screen, a picture of the "no boot device found," and a video that contains the beeping sound made by the computer if those are needed.
I also have had another blue screen that seemed related to the audio device. The other day I went to see why there was no volume. I clicked on the volume button on the task bar. After freezing for a bit, my computer said it was detecting problems with the audio device. It then proceeded to go straight to a blue screen and restarted my computer. I have gotten the log files for this blue screen if they are needed.
Are these likely to be issues with the hardware and will I have to get my computer fixed?
Thanks for the help
