I have the alienware m14x. I just got it a few weeks ago. It has 3 headphone jacks. One is for a Microphone and the other two say headphones. Now I went to plug two sets of headphones in and the one wouldn't play sound. It played for a few seconds then went out. I looked at the jacks and one has a microphone attached to the headphone which I figure is why it won't play... On my alienware m11x it does not have this and had no problem playing through two headphone jacks. It also has 3, one is a microphone.

Is there anyway to get the m14x to play through the two headphone spots? If not then I find it a bit unreasonable compared to the m11x which is way smaller. I would like to get sound through it because it would be a waste not to since I don't plan to use some kind of headset.

I would call alienware support but do not feel like trying to understand the person and it won't allow me to get through the online chat because I have an alienware.

Please help, I would like to get this solved.
