So the stock cooling is noisy at anything above 30% speed and I contacted tech support to find out that if they walk me through the install of an aftermarket gpu cooler, I won't void the warranty. The only thing is, they can't tell me which fan to get. I have been looking at both fans and heatpipe/sink combos. The pipe/sink combos look bulky while admitedly being silent but the fan cooling is not as bulky and not silent but pretty darn close when run at low speeds, and still moves the air way better then stock.

 

So has anyone replaced a 7900 GS fan with either and willing to review the product they used? I have my eye on an Arctic Cooling Accelero X1, and tried to put in an email to the company asking if it will fit. It fits 7900 GTXs but not most GTs and mentions nothing of GS.
