Read-Only file
I created a Read-Only file in Microsoft Word by accident sometime ago. Please advise if it can be deleted and, if so, how can I do this.
This file is entitled 'WRL 2051' and doesn't have any text. It indicates deletion is not possible. Please confirm this is so.
There was actually another file entitled '~WRL 2051' which did have text, and I deleted it without difficulty. The text here was the same as that in another file I had so I deleted the file, of course. I am curious as to why I was allowed to delete this file when it won't allow me to delete the other. I don't know where the 'WRL 2051' file heading comes from. I did not assign that number.
Thanks for any assistance you can give me.
