I have an unknown item in my Startup Items (msconfig) and would like to know if it is OK to uncheck it to conserve resources. The item is: ICSDCLT followed by C:\windows\rundll32.exe C:\windows\system\ICSDCLT.dll,ICS Client.
I did read the great info re: extremely low system resources and found it very informative.
