Dell mustn't want anyone to use their 24/7 technical support, as their phone number seems to be unlisted.

I have just spent over an hour on their various websites trying to find a contact number, as it is now outside their normal business hours.

What use is their "Helpdesk (24x7 - Value Add Phone Support Service-Presto)" if you can't contact them.
