my inspiron 1100 can't charge my battery up. I have to charge it with another inspiron 1100 to use mine... If I try to boot without battery and with the power cord, I only get the left and right leds flashing quite fast. how can I repair this ? the computer is working and I don't want to spend hundreds of € on it.
