Disable Bluetooth on XPS M1530

Hi again.  My husband's new laptop came with bluetooth.  Right now he nas no devices to use with it and no plans to buy anything anytime soon.  I disabled the software from running via MSCONFIG but when I rebooted the little bluetooth icon was still in the task bar and the light was still on.  I right clicked on it and got the menu where it said to disable it (not sure of exact wording as I don't have his laptop on at the moment.  It did shut it down.

Is this the correct way to disable it?  Is there a better way?  I want to be able to easily re-enable it down the road if need be.
