I received the system last week.

While booting up, before and after readin bios, there are several white lines flashing on the monitor. The flashing looks like one or two pixel lines. It stops as soon as the windows loads.

I have used other inspiron laptops from dell (one 8200, one 600M and one other 700M) which have no such problem. The flashings don't occur on the CRT monitor that I connected to.

Is it a serious problem of LCD?
