I actually noticed this the first time I received it. When I first start it up, I see each media key briefly light up and then nothing happens, the screen stayed blank for a while before green verticle lines start showing up on the screen.

This happens everytime I turn it on after having it powered off long enough. Sometimes the screen just stay blank. It looks as if the BIOS is somehow corrupted, but it's not, because I've updated it to A06 and everytime this happens, I simply do ctrl + alt + del and Dell's boot screen appears.

This only happens after a long power off, if I power it on shortly after a power off it works perfectly fine.

I wonder if there is a fix for this, I really don't want to replace this machine because the build quality is acceptable to me apart from the uneven base.
