Everytime I watch a video for the flash player the volume buttons don't work.  the mute, lower the volume and and higher volume button seem like the are frozen or something. I know it from the flash player because when I switch to a different tab or window that doesn't have a video playing the button works fine. I wonder how can I fix this because I don't want to press on the volume icon and keep turning the volume up and down when I have buttons that I want to push or keep switching from tabs and new windows.
