DVI Connection Problem
The Monitor (Viewsonic 2255wm) gets no signal on boot-up until Windows Vista is loaded. Only then does it turn on. The screen is connected via DVI (looks noticeably better than VGA). No problems when VGA cable is used - I can see the entire Windows booting sequence. I tried a different monitor (Samsung 226bw) and got the same results. So it's not the monitor. Video card is GeForce 8300 GS. Please help, I am totally frustrated...
