I am new to the community and have signed up in an attempt to get what should be a simple question answered.

I was given the net flix "direct to your TV" box for viewing movies. It requires that you connect to your wireless network. I have no wireless network. I was given a Linksys router by someone else to set up a wireless network. I connected it and found that it interefered with my modem and made me lose internect connection. As soon as I disconnected the ethernet cable from the router and reconnected to my computer, I was able to get back on the internet.

The question is how do I check to see if my computer, a Dell Dimension 8400, is even wireless capable? I went to device manager but know not what to look for from that point.

Can anyone help?
