I was given a Optiplex 990 Mt. It came with Vista Ultimate. It has a Kingston SSD. I wanted to install windows 10. I used a disc scrub disc to erase the Vista. Now, it won't load the Windows disc. I just have a cursor flashing in the top left corner of the screen. I have 990 utility disc, It wants to run diagnostics. I get a line that says [1,Q]?When I put 1 in the line to load the diagnostics, the #1 goes away. Did I ruin the SSD.
