Hello, I replaced 2 disks in an MD3200i storage, but one disk had the status failed and the other impeding failure

Firmware RAID: 07.75.14.61 (RAID 10)

Before replacing the disks, I selected the option replace phyisical disks, after it started to restructure the RAID again but after completion, the 2 disks were left with this error
