My 3100CN has been missing magenta on 2" of the right side of the page. All of the other colors print fine. I can see the toner being applied to the roller but it never makes it to the paper. It is a new cart of Magenta and the drum has been replaced 2 months ago. I have another 3100 with out this issue. I switched drums and magenta carts and neither has solved this issue.

Any one have any ideas.
