I have an 1815dn laser that works great with my XP machines, but it constantly goes offline when I print from my one Dell XPS M1330 Vista laptop. I talked to Dell support and thought the problem was solved with a new driver, but no joy.  Anyone know how to reset it once it goes offline -- and I don't mean just going to the dropdown mean and clicking Use Online.  That's already set correctly -- but the printer is still offline.  I should note that it still works perfectly from the XP systems when the Vista machine can't access it.  Thanks.
