The printer was working fine but I did just move it to a different computer.   The error light is on solid and it will not print.  There is no jam I can find the toner lights are all off and it did print when I did the reset (turn off printer and open door, hold cancel and arrow button, turn on printer and close door).  It will not print anything otherwise
