How can I get our W5300 to default to and print from tray 1?

 

We're getting the "Load MP Feeder Plain Letter" message.  And it wants us to put paper in the MP flip down before it will print anything.

 

The only extra feature we have is a 500-page "tray 2".  Other than that, should we just put the printer back to factory defaults?
