Problem with Dell music stage
i purchased a dell L502X laptop recently which came with a preloaded dell stage app. the dell music stage was working fine but after the update it dosent show any songs in the library and even the rescan button dosent work..i am not able to add any music to the library..have searched the web for a solution but none exists..help needed

I am looking into this issue. Can you private message me here in the forum with your system service tag and the region of the world you are located?

Still waiting. I requested more people that are having this issue to submit their service tag number and country of origin. You are the only one that replied.
