Looking through the technical guide for the R6515, https://i.dell.com/sites/csdocuments/product_docs/en/poweredge-r6515-technical-guide.pdf
noticed that the listed clock speeds on some CPUs do not match documentation from AMD,  for example the 7373X lists on AMD's site with a base clock of 3.05Ghz, (https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/server/epyc/7003-series/amd-epyc-7373x.html) but in the technical guide it shows 3.80Ghz.  Does the PowerEdge automatically boost these to full capacity when installed? 
On the other hand, a 73F3 matches on the technical guide and the AMD website: https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/server/epyc/7003-series/amd-epyc-73f3.html

This discrepancy seems to only exist on these "X" CPUs, but I haven't gone through every line yet.
