Hello Support, I have installed a PercH800 Adapter (External) on R710 and connected the two SAS connection to external Storage Array MD3220 Power vault. I installed it on the R710 just the Adapter, there were no cables connected, I just installed it on the riser. I can see the green light blinking, when I plugged in the SAS cable going into my MD3220 Powervault Storage Arrays. The problem is when going into the configuration of R710 Perc H800 Adapter, it says "No PD Present" under Perc H800 Adapter - No Configuration Present ! Under Controller, Disk Group: 0 Virtual Disks: 0, Physical Disks: 0. Don't know the issue, i even tried to put the perc adapter on both slots of the riser, i do see the green light, not sure if its a good sign. Just to let you know there was no other cable, i simply just popped into the Riser thats all. Please, assist me as soon possible. Also didn't installed any drivers.
