Is there a procedure or guide available on how to cleanly uninstall SourceOne for Exchange (6.5. SP1) please?

I looked in the installation guide and that refers to the release notes, but in the release notes I can only find information on uninstalling the Offline Client Access plugin.

Of course I want to retain the data that is currently in the archive and plug it back into Exchange.
