I re-installed Windows 8.1 via the recovery partition and upon initial startup, I get this error message ....

"Sign-In Processes Initialization Failure"

"Interactive Sign-In Process Initialization has Failed. Please check the Event Log for Details."

This message pops up shortly after the Dell splash screen and I cannot access anything, not even to re-install/recover Windows. I can access the BIOS as well as the Boot Menu. The Event Log gives me no details.
