I need Help!  Yesterday I was searching through some sites and all of a sudden a thing called the Alfacleaner was installed onto my computer without my acknowledgement.  So I deleted it and restarted my computer but as a result, my desktop background changed to an all black background.  With the words reading:  "Warning!  Spyware detected on your computer!  Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer.  View the list of top spyware removers here"  Also, I noticed a RED circle with a ! in the bottom left corner of my computer telling me that my computer was infected.  So I clicked onto the button and it took me to some spyware removers.  So I downloaded the first spyware remover but they wanted me to pay so I refused and deleted the program.  Another program for sale on there was the Alfacleaner that had just been installed onto my computer without my notice but I had already deleted it.

 

I've tried everything.  I ran a scan on my computer but all it could find was the Trojan virus so I deleted it.  But the problem still remains.  Today, I just came onto the Dell site, because my computer is a new Dell, to find solutions but I again came up empty.  I downloaded the Spybot-Search and Destroy from the Dell site but it found no treats, its as if this spyware is undetectable.  So my problem still remains. 

 

I AM VERY DESPERATE, I NEED HELP, PROFESSIONAL HELP OR WHATEVER HELP ANYONE CAN OFFER ME.  I WANT MY COMPUTER TO BE BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE.  I NEED IT FOR COLLEGE PURPOSES BECAUSE IM A UW-MADISON COLLEGE STUDENT.  SO IF ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME OUT AND GIVE ME SOME USEFUL ADVICE I WILL SURE APPRECIATE IT.  THANK YOU.  PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE..........................PLEASE HELP ME JESUS CHRIST!
