I get numerous error messages associated with PalmPilot desktop and AOL.

I cannot use my Palm desktop.  When I click on Palm.exe I get an error message "palm.exe-Entry Point Not Found" and a message  with a large red X:

"The procedure entry point ??_U@YAPAXI@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll"

The numerous AOL messages are: waol.exe, MtsAxInstaller.exe, aolnysev.exe, with the same message beginning with "The procedure entry point......."

I have removed and reinstalled the Palm and AOL applications several times.
