Microsoft Outlook Express is giving me an error; "address book did not load,  not configured correctly, please resinstall.  How do I reinstall ?  Do I have to reinstall the entire Windows XP software?   Any thoughts on what may have caused this problem after many months of working properly?  Thanks.
