Ok...this will be long....
I fixed my kids and husbands start menu's to include only what they need.
My start menu has been messed up for a while.
When I look at the tree, here is what I have.

C>Documents and settings>+Administrator(with my computers name I gave it)
then also under there is + (my name) folder
Then a send to folder

Farther down is +Admin (with my computers name again)
+All Users
+Default User
+Grandad
+(my name again)
+1 kid
+2 kid
+3 kid
The problem seems to be with mine. Some of my programs were under Administrator>+my name.
The rest of my programs, documents etc were under the +my name one under Grandad.
Why are there so my me's and why am I not Administrator with the name of my computer
or under Administrator+ my name?
Where am I suppose to go?
I tried moving what only I wanted to Administrator+my name in catagories, like photo programs etc, which worked. But my Documents are now on the top of the second column of the start menu and not like it use to be. It gives me a list of all....my document folders on the start menu. Where do I move everything to get it back like it used to be with My Document, My Pictures, New Document etc on the top of the second column?(as shortcut to those folders)
I thought I was doing so well and I know I am probally making this harder than it is.By the way the above is on my Dell 8200 desktop.

Another question.
I had to move my picture folder off my laptop to my external hardrive one day temporally. Now when my external is hooked to my laptop when I click my pictures on the start menu it takes me to the my pictures folder on my external HD. Where do I go to tell the laptop I want it to be the shortcut to My Pictures on the laptop?

All help will be greatly appreciated. Denny are you around here somewhere? You always have the answers for me.
