P20 USB over current notice

I have a P20 that I am constantly getting a message on the screen. The message states "USB over current notice." Any ideas on how to fix the problem and prevent it from happening on other machines? I am still able to use the machine, but it is difficult with the notice blinking at me in the middle of the screen.
