I have a Dell Desktop Studio 540 Windows Vista Premium OEMAct. It won't turn on. The green light is on, on the back, but there's no button to check the power supply. I've unplugged all the cords and held the power button on for 30sec, still won't turn on. I've unplugged the power cord from a power strip and plugged it into a wall and nothing. Any suggestions??
