Wired connection.  Internet speed is 200 mbps. , which my speed tests confirm on my Alienware R11.  Steam downloads match speed at around 20-25 mb/s.  Firefox, IE, and Opera all cap out my downloads at around 20-21 mbps (2.0-2.5 mb/s).  All was fine a couple days ago with speeds matching.  Xbox on wired connection hits benchmarks at around 190 mbps download speed.

I also tried downloading larger files from mutliple servers to make sure it is not a remote server issue.  Still capped around 20-21 mbps or less.

Not sure what I am missing with the browser speeds.  Any advice?
