After a Bios update last feb. this problem occurs when this 4Red 1Blue flashes and I disconnect the charger the laptop just shuts off. Even playing games is so difficult now. I pay for this expensive laptop and just less than 2yrs this what happen. Already change the DC Jack & battery but the problem persist. And dell is not doing anything to resolve this problem.
