fabric manager upgrade from 3.2(3a) to 3.3(4) ..

Hi,
This is regarding fabric manager upgrade from 3.2(3a) to 3.3(4) ..
Below is the history

1) I stared installing it as per installation instruction given from software. (taken db and server backup)
It has 2 options 1) Fabric manager server (licensed) 2) standalone

2) I clicked  (1) option

3) continue then 2 more option 1) use fcalias as fabric default  2) require snmp3 version

4) I clicked (2)

I couldnt able to open FMS as it showing me some error when I open FM

"unable to login to the server connot connect FMS on localhost
rootcause ,failed to connect to server localhost:9099
please verify that FMS is intalled and running "

after sometime, my change was running out of time , so I decided to reintall with standalone ver.then It was working fine. But This can't manage fabric whenver I close FM as per theory.

whats wrong..someone says below .. I want to find whether itis true or false..

"previous version 3.2.3  of Fabric manager and the new one, 3.3.4, there have been some big changes in the Fabric Manager software.
The previous version did allow  multiple fabic's to be open as it had a free software licence available  that would allow this to be done.
Since version 3.3.x this licence from Cisco is no longer free and has to be purchased to allow you to open multiple fabric 's at once.  This is the main thing that I believe you have found a problem with.

Using the current software , each fabric switch has to be opened separately and you cannot have two switches open at the same time.

Using the stand alone software is the same as the server version as it loads a lightweight server and client onto the one machine as one package,  The server version  loads a server package onto the server and then on each of the client PC's,  a client software is required to be down loaded from the server.
"

Do you think .. I should buy license for FM 3.3(4) ver ..  shouldnt it inherate the old ver license ?
