I received an email from syncreon telling me to stay at home today between 08:00 and 18:00 for delivery of my laptop.

It's now 18:40 and nothing has arrived.

It is not possible to contact Dell customer support to find out when my delivery will take place...no contact number is provided.

It is also impossible to contact syncreon...no contact number is provided.

This is appalling customer service!  Please tell me how to contact customer support to find out when my delivery will really happen. I can't keep staying in on the off chance that my laptop might be delivered.
