I am having issues with Latitude E7470 and E7270 not disabling WIFI when docked or when a hard wired network connection is present.

I have ensured that the Power Management\Wireless Radio Control\ Control WLAN and Control WWAN radio options are Enabled and Selected in the BIOS of each respective model and no luck. 

I even tried to upgrade to BIOS version 1.4.2 and no luck - is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix or address are greatly appreciated.
