After updating BIOS firmware to 3.12.1, my Device Manager and related areas of my Inspiron 3650 still say 3.11.1 after my reboot.  I believe the update completed successfully because it says 3.12.1 when I queried using command prompt.  

Why does Device Manager, etc not show the update?  This is not the first time this has happened when I tried to update BIOS firmware.  If relevant, my OS is Windows 10 Home.
