Hi i have dell inspiron N4050

And i have installed 8 GB RAM and 123GB SSD in it but it takes a lot of time to start  any function like a pc with 2 gb ram

while i am using window 10 in it  on the other hand i have intel core i5 2nd generation processor so can i replace my pc processor with this one or any other that make it faster kindly suggest me
