wva led-backlit touch display vs display touchscreen

Hi community!!  Does anyone know the difference between a "wva led-backlit touch display and a  display touchscreen?

In the specification of the inspiron 14 5000 5406 there is the first sentence and in others there is "true life touch screen display".
