Latitude 3510&3420,Randomly freezing
Recently purchased 100+ laptops for organization, OS used in both models are ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Facing freezing issues while working on the laptop, a hard reset needed for continuing the work. Current configuration of laptops are i5,16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD.
Solutions what we done,
1)Updated bios
2)Swap space increased
3)Reinstalled OS and updated the software
4)Run dell diagnostics and test passed successfully.
After doing these solution also laptops are freezing.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can figure out the problem?

I am having this issue as well. Seems to have started when Windows 11 was installed. Did anyone else find a resolution for this?
