Try upgrading your kernel version in place.  I started a thread about it here:

This should fix your right click and and single finger gesture issues.  Also, if you do it in place after applying the .deb fixes (i.e. don't do a complete factory reset) then your wireless should continue to function.

If wireless does stop, simply connect to the internet using a usb-to-ethernet adapter or use your phone as a mobile hotspot and run "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get upgrade" which should install the missing dependencies in the new kernel that caused your wireless to stop working.

The problem is that I don't have a usb to ethernet dongle and I shouldn't need to buy one to fix a product that should've shipped in working order. 

Just should we are clear, if you do not factory resetv and instead upgrade the kernel in place after applying the .deb fixes from the original post, then your wireless will not stop working.

And while I agree that this laptop should have shipped in working order, let's not forget that we would have encountered these issues if we had tried to buy the Windows version and installed 14.04 on our own and the Sputnik program didn't exist.  Further, Dell is making an effort to bring hardware support to Linux and is often releasing drivers to kernel (the drivers made it into the 3.19 kernel, but we have a year old Ubuntu distro on brand new hardware).

True, the laptop should have shipped with 15.04 instead of 14.04 or 3.19 kernel isntead of 3.13, but let's not lose sight of the forest through the trees.

If it works for you go for it! But keep this upgrade in mind if you run into repeating keystroke issues and graphics choppiness.

Actually, I'll probably just leave it as is. Right clicking has always been iffy on this and my 2014 xps. Two finger tapping seems to work just as well.

Can someone from Dell please comment on the repeating keys issue? I don't seem to be able to find an official response about this. This has been happening since I receive the Developer edition XPS13. I've tried multiple versions of Ubuntu with Kernels ranging from 3.19 to 4.0.0 (0 keys just repeated as I typed that). It's not getting any better at all. 

Are Dell working on this problem?

The issue comes from a BIOS problem, not a kernel one. We have either to wait for Dell to release a fix or for someone in the community to find a workaround.

I also have the problem however not that much compared to otherssssss I guess (it repeats regularly but not enough to be unusable.
